You’ll recognize her by her huge smile, but what you’ll come to know her for is less visible at first glance. Garrod holds a wealth of information about the body and mind and puts into practice her holistic health philosophy on a daily basis. You’ll see it in the many natural home and health and beauty products she carries, you can experience it in the wellness clinic, which is located at the back of the store. You can learn more about it through the many workshops and events that Garrod organizes.
