About
First and foremost, the Whalesbone is Ottawa’s Oyster House. Located at 430 Bank Street since June 9 2005, the crew has become renowned for quality oysters and an outstanding kitchen brigade. We are Ocean Wise certified, which means we only serve sustainable seafood choices that are caught, harvested or farmed in a way which ensures the long term health and stability of that species, as well as the greater marine ecosystem.
