Experience Bank Street's Multi-sensory Adventure Crafted in Collaboration with EXAR Studios
Starting on October 22nd, the Bank Street BIA will take you on an Augmented Digital experience like you’ve never seen before! Enter the Engage Art App and start your audio-guided mural tour, you’ll also have the opportunity to play augmented reality games and explore the extended worlds of 5 murals spread throughout the tour. Explore each mural as we have surprises in store for you!

In support of our burgeoning Francophone community, the Project Promenade initiative, and Ottawa Bilingue (ACFO) for providing the funds, you have the option to explore the mural tour in the language of your choice! Also, event goers will be treated to live chalk art by neighbourhood-favourite, Francois Pelletier.
Simply download Engage ARt for either Apple or Android; you will need it to initiate the AR experience.
Once downloaded, take a screenshot of the app on your phone as this is important to one of two giveaways we have planned for you!
For the first contest, post an Instagram or Facebook story of your screenshot with the hashtag #beyondtheART to @downtownbank. You’ll be entered into a draw to win a basket of gift certificates worth $250 to shop on Bank Street! This contest will run until October 24th.
Your second chance at winning takes place at one of the interactive murals, where you will challenge friends and strangers for the top score. The best part? $50 daily prize in gift cards to win! A winner will be announced at the end of each day, so if you didn’t luck out the first time, you can try again for the next prize. You can only win once. Also, don’t forget to snap a picture of the mural and share your story with @downtownbank. This contest will run until December 9th.
