*Special* Wine Down with Vivian Sollows at IMPACT HUB Ottawa

  • IMPACT HUB Ottawa 71 Bank Street Ottawa Canada

Vivian Sollows who is a singer/songwriter will be offering for the first time a program she created specifically designed for entrepreneurs to relax, called Switching Gears. The music circle will start off with relaxing, soft music with breathing exercises, chair exercise, tension release by shaking out body, making silly sounds and vocal exercises to warm up, then to lead songs to sing together. We’ll experiment with familiar songs – you can send your requests to viviansollows@gmail.com. If you’re nervous about singing, don’t forget: it’s a bring-your-own-wine event.

Vivian is part of this year’s Impact Academy cohort and her goal is to create an NPO around accessibility. Vivian has been developing Adaptive Music Expressions  so everyone can make music, no matter their disability, age, or musical ability. Inclusion, dignity, equal opportunity and independence is what truly being accessible embraces.
